Michael Gardiner

Michael Gardiner is one of the most prominent and brilliant of the young generation of Scottish academics. He is lecturer in English at the University of Warwick; the author of several Books of literary criticism, including a biography last year from Birlinn books of an extraordinary adventurer to Japan from where he has just returned. Michael was in the extraordinary group of ex-pat writers in Tokyo: David Peace, David Mitchell, and himself. Formerly a client of William Miller.
