Paula Hall

Paula has worked as a sexual & relationship psychotherapist for 15 years with a special interest in teenage sexuality, cybersex and sexual addiction. She also works in the media as an 'expert' providing comment on a wide range of sexual and relationship issues on TV, radio and in the press. Over the years she has swung between feelings of elation and despair, witnessing first hand both the restorative power and the devastation that sex has on people's lives.

Paula trained as a copywriter many years ago and since becoming a therapist has written the BBC's website on sex and relationships, The Good Sex Guide, Help Your Children Cope With Your Divorce and How to Have a Healthy Divorce which is due to be published in December. The authors that have inspired her most are CS Lewis, Henri Nouwen and Irving Yalom.
