Paterson Marsh Ltd was formed in May 2001 when the long established Mark Paterson and Associates joined forces with The Marsh Agency and the company moved to join them in their London offices.

Paterson Marsh are world rights representatives of authors and publishers primarily in the UK and US. We are the largest agency specializing in books for mental health professionals, with an impressive list of clients including Sigmund Freud Copyrights and the Estates of  Anna Freud, Michael Balint, Wilfred Bion, Marion Milner and Donald Winnicott.

Outside of this field we concentrate solely on non-fiction, with authors writing in the fields of popular science, history, current affairs, education and parenting, amongst others. Our authors are all specialists in their fields, with the ability to combine in-depth knowledge of their subject with engaging writing.
